Gift vouchers provide credit towards any Singing with Nightingales 2026 or 2027 experience. This includes event tickets, camping, bell tents, parking, and any other add-ons or merchandise. The recipient can use their voucher credit towards whichever combination suits their plans.

Depending on the night booked, each voucher tier typically covers:

• £160: 1x Original/Special event ticket and 1x DIY camping ticket

• £200: 1x Extended event ticket and 1x DIY camping ticket

• £350: 2x Original/Special event tickets and 2x DIY camping tickets

• £475: 2x Original/Special event tickets, 1x boutique bell tent for two, and 1x parking pass

SWN Original

Our classic night-time experience where you'll gather around the fire for food, drinks, stories and music, before walking into the woods to hear the Nightingales sing. These intimate events host 40 people and typically run from early evening until around midnight.

SWN Special

These are themed variations of our classic experience, still for 40 people, but with unique focuses like poetry nights, Shakespeare evenings, or participatory singing. Each special event brings a different creative twist to the Nightingale experience while maintaining the magical core elements of food, music, and woodland walks.

SWN Extended

Our most immersive option, Extended events begin at 3pm and continue until noon the following day, hosting up to 60 people. They include everything from our classic experience plus additional workshops and activities before the night-time Nightingale encounter. These longer sessions allow for deeper nature connection and community building.

Once you complete your purchase, you'll instantly receive a digital voucher by email. This includes a unique voucher code, the credit amount, and redemption instructions. You can forward this email directly to your gift recipient, or print it to present however you'd like.

The voucher itself doesn't include a personalised message, but you'll receive an email confirmation that you can forward directly to your recipient or print out to present as a gift. You're welcome to add your own message when forwarding or presenting it.

Simply visit our Tickets page, choose their preferred event, add tickets and any add-ons to the basket, then enter the voucher code at checkout. The voucher credit will be applied to the total. If the total exceeds the voucher amount, the recipient will need to top up a small amount to cover the remaining basket value. Full instructions are included with the voucher.

Gift vouchers are valid until 31st May 2027 and can be used for any 2026 or 2027 season event. Our seasons run from early April through late May.

Yes! You can purchase as many vouchers as you'd like in a single transaction. You'll receive a separate email with a unique code for each voucher purchased, making it easy to forward them to different recipients or present them individually.

Each voucher is designed to be redeemed in a single transaction for one complete booking. This makes it simple for recipients to choose their perfect evening and reserve everything they need in one go.

Gift vouchers cannot be refunded or converted to cash. However, they can be used as credit towards any event or add-on within the 2026 or 2027 season, giving maximum flexibility to the recipient.
