Work with Us

The SWN vision is to work with a diverse community of people working to make a difference. We're building a movement that celebrates the magic of nature connection whilst championing accessibility, inclusion, and regenerative practices. From artists and workshop leaders to conservationists and researchers, we believe that many voices are needed to bring this vision to life - and we'd love for you to be part of our journey.

“After the outing, I now see nature as willing to embrace everybody who wants to enter, even people like me who can’t tell the difference between hiking and winter boots."

Partnerships

We believe strongly in the importance of partnership work, especially if it involves working with nature-orientated organisations that hold social justice, diversity, accessibility and equality at the heart of their principles. We're actively building partnerships that expand access to nature connection experiences, particularly for underrepresented communities - learn more about our outreach work.

Over our 11 years of hosting events, we have worked with many organisations such as the RSPB, English Heritage, Southbank Centre, Aviva, Vivo Barefoot, Enjoolata Foundation and The Hummingbird Project, White Cube Gallery, Climate Reframe, Emergence Magazine, Knepp Rewilding Estate, Wildlife Trust, Ashden Climate Solutions to mention but a few.

New SWN Sites

As our venture grows we are always looking for new sites to deliver Nightingale experiences both in other regions of the UK and abroad. If you are aware of places that have birds singing please do let us know.

Ambassadors

SWN at its heart is a proof of concept that real human and nature kinship is not only possible but necessary. SWN is currently recruiting ambassadors to help support our unique narrative and campaign to depict a more nature and culturally rich world. We believe the SWN experience can be transformative in awareness-raising of our ecological crisis and initiating people on their journey towards a more ecologically enriched life. Our ambition is to promote this work within the nature and conservation sector, the music industry, the wider arts and indeed the political, policy writing and governmental arena. We believe that people who have the power to make a difference in their sector should experience this event and we are developing a model where we can make space for changemakers alongside the communities we also feel need and deserve this space. We welcome those of you who can take the ripples SWN creates and communicate it beyond our longest branch. Would you like to be part of this enchanted journey we are creating and can you help be a supportive conduit, advisor, and influence to our campaign? If so please get in touch.
