Sam is a folksinger, song collector, activist, nature conservationist, guide, and presenter. With three critically acclaimed albums - his debut receiving a Mercury Music Prize nomination - he works holistically in challenging the sound and purpose of our indigenous music in the 21st Century.

Becky is a curator, storyteller, collaborator and convenor. Her work is at the intersection of the arts, environmentalism and community and she takes a holistic response to the multiple challenges we currently face. Becky has over 20 years experience as a visionary producer and organiser, working within festivals, charities, arts venues and communities.

Pascal is SWN's Head of Production, bringing extensive experience as a producer across world and folk music genres. Outside of SWN, he works on a variety of projects, including Making Tracks, Anda Union, and the Nest Collective.

Ali is a multi-disciplinary creative and entrepreneur with a deep connection to the more-than-human world. His career spans the intersection of arts, technology, and nature, reflecting his diverse interests and skills. Ali's career in the creative industries began with the founding of the award-winning video production company Webb Street Studios. For 8 years, he created music videos and documentaries for clients including Universal Music, Sony, and the Royal Albert Hall.

Bekah is an organiser, a creative convenor, a strategist and a specialist in ‘getting things done’. She is also a space-holder, a firekeeper and Guardian of the Well at Embercombe. Bekah brings 20+ years of experience in founding and running social and environmental initiatives, from those focusing on pro-environmental behaviour change policy to multi-million pound energy efficiency and re-use delivery programmes.

Natalie is an explorer of nature's mysteries with a deep reverence for Earth's wisdom. She brings this passion to her work amplifying the voices of artists, thinkers and communities attuned to ecology and culture. With a background in media production and administration, Natalie specialises in digital storytelling that interlaces heritage and environmental themes. Her collaborative projects span immersive theatre, dance and visual arts, with her strategic and creative expertise contributing to productions across the UK and Europe, including at Kaserne Basel, Théâtre du Jura and Nubia Bienne. Based between London, Croatia and the wider Balkans, her freelance work draws from a global perspective, crafting resonant narratives that advocate for environmental stewardship and cultural legacy.

Julia is an art world professional with a career focused on business development and establishing connections through art and nature. Julia has over a decade of experience in the commercial art world at leading organisations including Pace Gallery and Phillips. More recently, whilst Director at Villa Lena, a luxury hotel and Art Foundation, she was involved in the development of a multi-disciplinary artist's residency programme.

Vivek is a programmer with a background and a love of platforming independent, emerging and grassroots-based artists. Having worked across large institutions such as the Royal Albert Hall, as well as smaller organisations based in collective action and community-based programming, he loves programming artists who through their work, develop a deeper relationship to their worth and their environment.
